The temperature, pressure and time of the high temperature and high pressure steamer are fully controlled by computer. The program is designed for automatic heating, automatic heat preservation, automatic pressure maintenance, automatic pressure relief, and automatic control of working time. Time, temperature and pressure can be modified arbitrarily. After setting the working procedure, no operator is required, and the goods can be picked up directly after working hours, so as to achieve the purpose of saving labor and energy consumption, and the comprehensive production cost of the enterprise can be reduced by more than 35%.
Sterilization water after preheating, sterilization temperature starting point is high, shorten the sterilization time, protect the product quality. After sterilization, the hot water is recycled to the upper tank, saving steam and sterilization time and protecting product quality. Production:

b.) Processing & Assembling: Parts processing, assembly, testing are based on standard test.

Packing:
It is possible to pack in wooden case or nude pack after wraping by plastic film.
Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.
