Product introduction

 Electromagnetic heating cooking kettle adopts the principle of magnetic field induced eddy current heating, which uses current to generate magnetic field through the coil. When the magnetic force in the magnetic field passes through the bottom of the pot, numerous small eddy currents will be generated, making the pot itself generate high speed heat, and then heating the materials in the pot.

The whole production process of electromagnetic cooking kettle is controlled by Siemens PLC intelligent control and automatic Siemens touch screen man-machine interface. Set up the multi-stage cooking formula process, according to the properties of different materials can store the cooking temperature, cooking time, cooking speed,cooking power and other processes, prevent manual operation errors, greatly improve product quality, so that each kettle cooking product quality is stable. Therefore, the PLC touch screen parameters are very convenient to input, and can be stored in advance process parameters, change the material variety only need to adjust out the relevant process parameters.

Installation and commissioning:
1, unpacking, check the products and accessories and packing list whether conform to, in the process of transportation, there is no damage to products and parts, if there are any loss and damage, please do not hesitate to contact with the company.
2. product performance testing before leaving the factory, all parts relative position switch has been installed, the user generally only for inspection, shall not be taken apart, so as not to replace the improper set-up, affect the product performance.
3. The equipment is not required to be fixed, as long as it is placed on the flat concrete surface.
4. After the equipment is in place, please assemble the spare parts according to the "installation diagram" and check whether the equipment is complete and flexible.
5. When the piping connection is on site, it should be kept vertical and not horizontal, so as to avoid leakage when the connection is loose.
6. The power supply shall be in accordance with the requirements of the mixing structure of the equipment, and the enclosure of the equipment must have a good grounding to prevent leakage of electricity.

Works Principle : Vacuum concentration is used to reduce the boiling temperature of water. Under the premise of protecting the original taste, color and nutritional value of the material, the liquid in the material will become thick after evaporation.

Structure composition:
Vacuum Reduced Pressure Concentrator includes four parts: concentrator, condenser, steam and liquid separator, receiving liquid barrel, the concentrator is a jacket structure, and the condenser is tubular type.
