Product introduction

Food Jacketed Kettle is a piece of equipment commonly used in the food processing industry, also known as a cooking pot or jacketed pot. It usually consists of a large-capacity pot body and a jacket surrounding the pot body. The jacket is filled with steam or hot water, so that the food in the pot is heated evenly, thereby ripening or cooking the food.

This pot can adopt either the electrical heating or steam with a certain pressure as heating source and it has large and even heating area, short boiling time of liquid, easy control of heating temperature and other characteristics.

a. Classification by structural form:

• Tilting Jacketed Kettle / Cooking Mixer /Sandwich Pot: mainly composed of a pot body and a tilting frame, equipped with a turbine vortex rod flipping device, the pot body can be tilted up to 90° by manual or electric flipping, which is convenient for unloading.

     

• Vertical (fixed) Jacketed Kettle / Cooking Mixer /Sandwich Pot: generally composed of a pot body and a support leg, with a simple structure, suitable for occasions where frequent unloading is not required or the unloading method is not required.

b. Classification by heating method:

Steam heating sandwich pot: using steam at a certain pressure as the heat source, it has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, and short liquid boiling time.
 

 

• Electric heating Jacketed Kettle / Cooking Mixer /Sandwich Pot: using 380V electricity as the heat source, the sandwich pot is equipped with electric heating rods, electric thermocouples and heat transfer oil, heating evenly, and temperature control is accurate.

 

• Gas heating Jacketed Kettle / Cooking Mixer /Sandwich Pot: using natural gas or liquefied gas as fuel, fast heating speed and relatively low cost.

Works Principle : Vacuum concentration is used to reduce the boiling temperature of water. Under the premise of protecting the original taste, color and nutritional value of the material, the liquid in the material will become thick after evaporation.

Structure composition:
Vacuum Reduced Pressure Concentrator includes four parts: concentrator, condenser, steam and liquid separator, receiving liquid barrel, the concentrator is a jacket structure, and the condenser is tubular type. The equipment is suitable for the concentration of liquid in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, and can be used for the recovery of alcohol and simple reflux extraction. a.) Design: All our machines are elaborately designed by our mechanical engineers who are rich of experience in this field. We accept special design according to customer's request.

b.) Processing & Assembling: Parts processing, assembly, testing are based on standard test.                                                                   
c.) Trial Run: Each machine has to be tested before its deliver

Packing:
It is possible to pack in wooden case or nude pack after wraping by plastic film.

Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.

Service & Installation:
