MBC STERLIZING RETORT OVERVIEW ON STERILIZATION TECHNOLOGY & MANUFACTURING TECHNOLOGY :
The function of sterilization retort machine and sterilization pot is for high temperature sterilization retort hidden food environment, can under the specified temperature, time and pressure to high temperature sterilization of food, it must have a good heat distribution, namely when the sterilization, any point within the container temperature and average temperature difference value should comply with the requirements. If the temperature at a certain point is lower than the average temperature, the point cannot reach the predetermined F value of sterilization, and the food near this point cannot meet the sterilization requirements. The uniformity of heat distribution is the most important technical index to measure the quality of sterilization boiler.
Food under the environment of high temperature, the longer the worse, the more nutrients, this requires each point in the sterilization pot when the heating temperature must quickly to achieve consistently, maintain, the F value highly consistent at various points in this way can a swift end to the sterilization process. Also want to cool down quickly, in order to make food in the shortest possible time out of the high temperature environment, this requires the water flow design of the sterilization pot to be scientific and reasonable, minimize the sterilization time.

1. The top tank and the down retort material are all SUS304 stainless steel (China mark:06Cr19Ni10), with insulation.
2. The retort internal diameter is 700 mm ,inner length is 1200mm ;
3. Equipped with : 1 sets of SS304 stainless steel baskets,1 sets of SS304 stainless steel trays and SS304 stainless steel trolleys ; Equipped with 1 cold and ho t Water pumps ,and all water cycle pipes and valves ; Equipped with 2 safty valves , 2 pressure gauges ,2 thermometers ,2 sets liquid level gauges and 1 sets of silicone sealing rings( and set of sealing rings for free as gifts ) .
4. Design pressure : 0.35Mpa ,experiment pressure : 0.44 Mpa ,design temperature : 147ºC.
5. Heating source: electric and steam bolboiler is both ok: (If Use the electricity ) 30KW is enough ; (If use steam boiler ) can Equipped with 0.1 Tons (steam volume ) and 4 Kg pressure boiler (4Mpa) and the (outlet pipe) caliber is 40mm
6. The Retort designs with safety interlock alarm device (lock door, lock catch, digital alarm),have passed the identification by the Provincial Technical Supervision .
7(1).PLC computer fully automatic control system : Procedures designed automatic warming up, automatic keep warming, automatic keep pressure, automatic pressure relief, Can modified the sterilization time at random, and the draining, exhausting and how and cold water recycling are all controlled automatically by computer, And equipped with 1set of PLC controller cabinet, Siemens brand , with a big computer printer(can print the the pressure charts and the temperature charts immediately). Main parts adopt Japan, Denmark. America, Germany, French, Taiwan brands.(PLC touching screen, can edit hundreds of sterilizing procedures, and store hundreds of sterilizing data).
7(2). Semi-automatic control system : Sterilization procedures design automatic rise in temperature, automatic keep warming, automatic keep pressure, automatic pressure relief, change the time of sterilizing at random, just controlled.

Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.
