The pasteurization line adopts a tunnel type sterilizer composed of multiple boxes. The machine is equipped with spray water temperature zones with different temperatures. During sterilization, bottled products are transported to the pasteurization line box through the conveyor belt. After the completion of sterilization formula such as preheating, heat preservation and cooling, the are discharged through the conveyor belt. Due to the stable sterilization time, this pasteurization method has better sterilization effect, Effectively ensure the consistency of sterilization effect of products.

Today, let's talk about our ZHUCHENG MBC complete delivery process:
Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container. All of these are carefully calculated. This way, the calculation is accurate. First, when loading, it can be easily loaded quickly and accurately according to the container arrangement diagram. Then, it is designed in advance to make full use of every bit of space in the container to avoid space waste, which can save and control costs for our customers and friends;
Firstly, all the food machinery we have processed and manufactured will be first inspected by our professional technical inspectors. Professional technical inspection engineers conduct all-round inspections, from a small accessory, screws to welding conditions, welds, welding wires, welds, and the operation of the entire set of equipment. They are all tested by professional technical inspection engineers to ensure our commitment to customers of "quality first";
Secondly, after the relevant details of all food machinery such as equipment and spare parts are inspected, we pack the food equipment. There are two main types of packaging: plastic film packaging, which is mainly for equipment shipped directly in full containers. Plastic film packaging can avoid scratches from dust and small objects, and also saves customers packaging costs and the tediousness of disassembling packaging; one is wooden packaging required by export standards, which is mainly for small equipment and large goods that need to be consolidated.
Then, it is our container loading step, which is also a very important part of the delivery procee . First, check the quality of the container to see if there is any damage or loopholes to avoid rain leakage; then, our professional forklift drivers will deliver the equipment to the door of the container one by one, and then our professional loading workers will move the equipment little by little to the innermost end of the container and arrange them in order. Then it is to fix the equipment, which is a critical step. Please watch our video. Every time ZHUCHENG MBC ships, it uses this special container equipment fixing tool, which is very expensive. Each of our equipment will be reinforced in this way to prevent the container from being damaged by bumps during land and sea transportation.
The last step is to seal the container. After ensuring that everything is OK, our ZHUCHENG MBC factory and Technical Inspection Agency have lead seals to safely seal the container.
During the entire loading process, we have professional inspection agencies to inspect and monitor the loading. Professional staff of Shanghai Technical Inspection Agency come to inspect and monitor the loading, and the equipment is affixed with special tapes and lead seals of the inspection agency.

Packing:
It is possible to pack in wooden case or nude pack after wraping by plastic film.
Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.
Service & Installation:
a.) Consultation service before, during, and after sales;
b.) Project planning and design services;
c.) Debugging of equipment until everything is functional;
d.) Training of equipment maintenance and operating personally;
e.) Provide 1 year complete warranty and life-time maintenance service. and the fittings can be replaced to new using the old one.
f.)Installation and debugging : Seller arranges the engineer to user's factory to install, and help to train 3 operators .After ordering, our company issue drawings and prepared installation, send technicians to the buyer's company for the guide installation and testing on-site, about 3~5 days, the buyer bear the round trip tickets, food and accommodation, and living allowance of $100/day .
