 MBC industrial continuous fryer is equipped with a continuous conveyor belt system, providing stable frying temperature, adjustable frying time, and uniform heat distribution, thus ensuring consistent product quality.

This equipment is widely used in frozen potato processing plants, snack food factories, and food production lines. It completes continuous feeding, frying, conveying, and discharging operations, significantly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs.

 MBC FRYERS APPLICATIONS:

Applicable to fast food restaurants, canteens, chain stores, supermarkets; medium and small fried food processing companies, widely used in frying processing of meat, aquatic products, vegetables, pasta and other foods.

1. Fried pasta series: fried dough sticks, rice crust, honey food, honey three-knife, fried dough sticks, gluten balls, gluten, gluten strips, shaqima, sazi,etc.

1.Large assembly line

Large assembly production line needs to be planned, designed and laid out according to the customer's site, output, production process and other requirements; as well as the front-end pre-processing equipment and back-end auxiliary equipment, a series of planning.
Large assembly line is generally between 3-10 meters long, the mesh belt width is generally 600mm or 800mm; usually PLC fully automatic control. Powerful function, the best frying effect.


2.Manual flip small production line

Small flip frying line is suitable for small production, strict product quality requirements, fragile products, etc. The advantages of the equipment are favorable price, convenient operation, low energy consumption, etc. It is also suitable for frying experimental products. The width of the mesh belt is mostly 550mm and 350mm. The length is between 1.5 meters and 3.1 meters. (The following are model parameters)
 

 

3.Flip fryer

Flip fryer is suitable for products that are not easy to break and can be stirred manually; it will not cause damage to the product;

4.Ordinary fryer:

Mesh belt style: bottom belt (coated with fluorine) plus material plate, chain edge for 25.4 pitch chain.  Mesh belt size: width 700mm.  The network belt is a spiral network belt.  The upper and lower webbing are about 5 cm apart.
