Our ZHUCHENG MBC Food processing jacketed kettles Suitable for all kinds of high viscosity food products: sauce & fillings cooking (jam, with lotus-paste, bean paste, fruit jam, candied fruit, jujube paste), meat products, cooked food processing industry (meat, cow meat, seafood sauce), condiment industry (hot pot bed charge, instant noodles, sauce, curry sauce), candy, jam, sugar, vegetable corn processing industry (mushroom sauce, chili sauce), hotel supplies, and fast food (dining room to boil soup, cook, stew, congee) and other food processing.
4. Industrial Automatic Food Mixing Cooking Sterilizing Processing Equipment And Production Line
The food sterilizing autoclaves and the top water storage and recycle tank are all ss304 material (China mark:06Cr19Ni10), with insulation.
The food sterilizing autoclave's inner diameter is 700-1300mm, inner length is 1200-4300mm. The water tank size is inner diameter 700-1200mm, and inner length 1200-4300mm.
1 sets of stainless steel trays, 1 set trolleys and 1 sets carts.
Disposed: 2 thermometers, 1 set glass handcock, 1 silicone sealing ring. With 1 hot water motor pumps, 1 cooling water motor pumps, and all the water cycle pipes and valves.
Design pressure is 0.35Mpa, experiment pressure is 0.44Mpa, design temperature is 147 degrees.
SIEMENS PLC computer fully automatic control system :Procedures designed automatic warming up, automatic keep warming,automatic keep pressure, automatic pressure relief, change the time of sterilizing at random, and drain, exhaust and water cycle are controlled automatically, with one PLC controller, brand Siemens, with recorder(can record the charts of the pressure and the temperature immediately, can connect to the computer for printing the data). main parts adopt Japan, Denmark. America, Germany, French, Taiwan brands.(PLC touching screen, can edit hundreds of sterilizing procedures, and store hundreds of sterilizing data).
The autoclave designs with safety interlock alarm device(lock door, lock catch, digital alarm), have passed the identification by Provincial Technical Supervision.

Our ZHUCHENG MBC VACUUM ENRICHMENT EXTRACTION KETTLE is also name " vacuum concetration tank , vacuum concentrator, vacuum kettle vacuum pressure kettle and so on .
Structure composition:
Vacuum Reduced Pressure Concentrator includes four parts: concentrator, condenser, steam and liquid separator, receiving liquid barrel, the concentrator is a jacket structure, and the condenser is tubular type. The equipment is suitable for the concentration of liquid in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, and can be used for the recovery of alcohol and simple reflux extraction. The contact part of equipment and materials is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance and conforms to GMP medical standard.
