ZHUCHENG MBC Automated Fruit Raisin Washing and Drying Line

Our production line operates as follows:

1. An elevator lifts the raisins into a spray washer.

2. As the raisins are discharged from the elevator, there is a drop-off area before they enter the washer, where impurities fall and the raisins tumble into the washer.

3. The washer is a spray-type system, so the raisins are washed as they move forward and tumble.

4. The washing process is divided into two stages: a pre-wash and a final wash. The bottom sink has a filter and uses a stainless steel water pump.
 

5. A drying fan is installed at the washing outlet to remove moisture from the raisins.

6. Upon entering the dryer, the raisins undergo high-temperature drying, with adjustable temperature and speed.

This completes the drying process.

7. After drying, they enter the conveyor area, where manual inspection and sorting can be performed on both sides.

8. Finally, they are collected and packaged.

Elevator

An elevator lifts the raisins into a spray washer. Motor with variable frequency drive.Adjustable feet installed.

 

 

Dual-Stage Vibrating Spray Washer

The washer is a spray-type system, so the raisins are washed as they move forward and tumble.Sprayers installed in the vibrator washing area, with a 1.5 kW stainless steel water pump from a well-known Chinese brand. The bottom has a water tank and filter for water reuse.
 

 

Date Drying Tunnel

Upon entering the dryer, the raisins undergo high-temperature drying, with adjustable temperature and speed. This completes the drying process.

 

Conveyor Belt

After drying, they enter the conveyor area, where manual inspection and sorting can be performed on both sides. Motor and speed controller (well-known Chinese brand) installed, equipped for three sorting tracks.Finally, they are collected and packaged.
