Product Description

The production process of French fries is full of technology! The potato first passes through the elevator, the potato is transported into the peeling machine, the potato skin is easily removed by friction and water spray, and then sorted by the potato sorting machine, and then the potato is fed into the cutting machine, cut into the same thickness of the strip. The cut fries go into a blanching press and are pre-cooked in hot water to remove excess starch and make the fries softer.
After blanching, the French fries enter the automatic frying line and are quickly fried in high temperature oil until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The fried fries go through the quick-freezing machine to lock in moisture and taste, convenient storage and transportation. Finally, the fries are delivered to you in a bag. Every French fry is a combination of technology and ingenuity!

Technological Process  :  
1) The frozen french fries production line is made up of food grade stainless steel, durable and healthy.

2) According to your capacity we have semi-automatic and fully automatic processing line for your choice.

3) Apart from using potato as material, you could also use other food as well, such as sweet potato, carrot ,banana chips and other kinds of taros.

4) Multipurpose cutting machine, able to cut potatoes to slice or bar shape, and you could adjust the thickness and size of them.

5) Advanced frying machine, highly increasing the using life of oil, saving energy.With Pure oil filtration process, use less oil, to improve the rate of replacement of oil.6). This equipment has automatic discharge, automatic mixing, and automatic temperature control function Note: The power source could use Electric, Coal, Diesel oil, natural Gas and Conductive-oil etc .and the special sizes could customize based on the demands of user.
