The production process of French fries is full of technology! The potato first passes through the elevator, the potato is transported into the peeling machine, the potato skin is easily removed by friction and water spray, and then sorted by the potato sorting machine, and then the potato is fed into the cutting machine, cut into the same thickness of the strip. The cut fries go into a blanching press and are pre-cooked in hot water to remove excess starch and make the fries softer.
After blanching, the French fries enter the automatic frying line and are quickly fried in high temperature oil until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. The fried fries go through the quick-freezing machine to lock in moisture and taste, convenient storage and transportation. Finally, the fries are delivered to you in a bag. Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container. All of these are carefully calculated. This way, the calculation is accurate. First, when loading, it can be easily loaded quickly and accurately according to the container arrangement diagram. Then, it is designed in advance to make full use of every bit of space in the container to avoid space waste, which can save and control costs for our customers and friends;

Firstly, all the food machinery we have processed and manufactured will be first inspected by our professional technical inspectors.
