Product introduction

Jacket kettle is a piece of equipment commonly used in the food processing industry, also known as a cooking pot or jacketed pot. It usually consists of a large-capacity pot body and a jacket surrounding the pot body. The jacket is filled with steam or hot water, so that the food in the pot is heated evenly, thereby ripening or cooking the food.

This pot can adopt either the electrical heating or steam with a certain pressure as heating source and it has large and even heating area, short boiling time of liquid, easy control of heating temperature and other characteristics.
 
The internal pot body (internal port) of the pot is made of acid heat resistant automatic stainless steel, provided with the pressure gate and safety valve. It has beautiful appearance, easy installation and operation and it is safe and reliable.

Precautions for installation and use.
1) this valve is only installed vertically in the horizontal direction, and the flow of the media should be up from the bottom of the disc.

2) the spring has been adjusted to the minimum pressure of the working pressure series, and the adjustment of the setting pressure must be carried out according to the requirements.

3) remove the shell handle, adjust the adjusting screw clockwise, and the pressure from small to large, after the identification of the back tightening nut, and then the shell handle back in place.

4) the safety valve, which has been adjusted and installed, must not be allowed to enter the seal chamber during the connection process, causing the valve seal to fail.

5) the discharge line of the relief valve shall not be higher than the center line of the pipe interface, and the medium shall overflow from the regulating port.

6) if the operation is stopped for a long time, it should be checked and cleaned again to prevent accidents.

Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container.
