Operation instructions.

1. Check before power on.
Check whether all the fastening bolts of the body are loose, and add the grease to each lubricating part according to the oil filling hole.

2. The motor starts immediately to observe whether the direction is correct (according to the direction of arrow).

3. Check whether the oil cylinder of hydraulic station is normal.

4. Before feeding, inject a small amount of water into the pot, clean the pot and put it into the material.

5, open the heating tube button, button, stir to heat while stirring, in the process of heating, the inlet and exhaust equipment, to ensure that the open state and the external unicom, shall not be artificially hard sealing, prevent the pressure inside the jacket to cause potential safety hazard. The user assumes full responsibility for the serious consequences caused by incorrect operation. Close the heating tube and turn off the stirring motor when the material reaches the required temperature and the scheduled heating time. Turn the handwheel to tilt the pan, unload the material, and finish the work. (the temperature of the heating process can be controlled by the device's temperature controller)

6. In order to keep clean, every use should be cleaned once.

7. Electric heat pipe, reducer, other valves and piping accessories, each class shall have a comprehensive inspection, in case of failure, it shall not run with disease.

8. The electric heat pipe is recommended to be cleaned once in 3-4 months to prevent the stain from affecting the heat transfer efficiency of the electric heat pipe.

9. Heat conduction oil is recommended to be replaced once in 3 months, and too long will affect the heat transfer.

Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container. All of these are carefully calculated. This way, the calculation is accurate. First, when loading, it can be easily loaded quickly and accurately according to the container arrangement diagram. Then, it is designed in advance to make full use of every bit of space in the container to avoid space waste, which can save and control costs for our customers and friends;

Firstly, all the food machinery we have processed and manufactured will be first inspected by our professional technical inspectors. Professional technical inspection engineers conduct all-round inspections, from a small accessory, screws to welding conditions, welds, welding wires, welds, and the operation of the entire set of equipment. They are all tested by professional technical inspection engineers to ensure our commitment to customers of "quality first";

Secondly, after the relevant details of all food machinery such as equipment and spare parts are inspected, we pack the food equipment. There are two main types of packaging: plastic film packaging, which is mainly for equipment shipped directly in full containers. Plastic film packaging can avoid scratches from dust and small objects, and also saves customers packaging costs and the tediousness of disassembling packaging; one is wooden packaging required by export standards, which is mainly for small equipment and large goods that need to be consolidated.

 

Then, it is our container loading step, which is also a very important part of the delivery procee . First, check the quality of the container to see if there is any damage or loopholes to avoid rain leakage; then, our professional forklift drivers will deliver the equipment to the door of the container one by one, and then our professional loading workers will move the equipment little by little to the innermost end of the container and arrange them in order. Then it is to fix the equipment, which is a critical step. Please watch our video. Every time ZHUCHENG MBC ships, it uses this special container equipment fixing tool, which is very expensive. Each of our equipment will be reinforced in this way to prevent the container from being damaged by bumps during land and sea transportation.

The last step is to seal the container. After ensuring that everything is OK, our ZHUCHENG MBC factory and Technical Inspection Agency have lead seals to safely seal the container.

During the entire loading process, we have professional inspection agencies to inspect and monitor the loading. Professional staff of Shanghai Xiangstar Technical Inspection Agency come to inspect and monitor the loading, and the equipment is affixed with special tapes and lead seals of the inspection agency.
