VACUUM ENRICHMENT EXTRACTION KETTLE
Works Principle : Vacuum concentration is used to reduce the boiling temperature of water. Under the premise of protecting the original taste, color and nutritional value of the material, the liquid in the material will become thick after evaporation.
Structure composition:
Vacuum Reduced Pressure Concentrator includes four parts: concentrator, condenser, steam and liquid separator, receiving liquid barrel, the concentrator is a jacket structure, and the condenser is tubular type. The equipment is suitable for the concentration of liquid in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, and can be used for the recovery of alcohol and simple reflux extraction. Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.

Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container. All of these are carefully calculated. This way, the calculation is accurate. First, when loading, it can be easily loaded quickly and accurately according to the container arrangement diagram. Then, it is designed in advance to make full use of every bit of space in the container to avoid space waste, which can save and control costs for our customers and friends;
Firstly, all the food machinery we have processed and manufactured will be first inspected by our professional technical inspectors. Professional technical inspection engineers conduct all-round inspections, from a small accessory, screws to welding conditions, welds, welding wires, welds, and the operation of the entire set of equipment. They are all tested by professional technical inspection engineers to ensure our commitment to customers of "quality first";
Secondly, after the relevant details of all food machinery such as equipment and spare parts are inspected, we pack the food equipment. First, check the quality of the container to see if there is any damage or loopholes to avoid rain leakage; then, our professional forklift drivers will deliver the equipment to the door of the container one by one, and then our professional loading workers will move the equipment little by little to the innermost end of the container and arrange them in order. Each of our equipment will be reinforced in this way to prevent the container from being damaged by bumps during land and sea transportation.
The last step is to seal the container. After ensuring that everything is OK, our ZHUCHENG MBC factory and Shanghai XiangstarTechnical Inspection Agency have lead seals to safely seal the container.
