Working method: open the vacuum valve interface and material inlet, pump the material liquid into the tank, close the material inlet valve when the material liquid reaches a certain height, and then open the heating valve to heat the liquid. The liquid begins to boil under the action of material heating and vacuum. The temperature and vacuum are maintained during the boiling process. A large amount of liquid begins to evaporate. The material separator separates part of the material back to the evaporator for further evaporation. The gaseous gas will be liquefied into water through the condenser and converge into the collection tank. After the evaporation and concentration is completed, turn off the heating system and vacuum system to restore normal pressure, empty the material liquid and the condensed water in the collection tank.

Works Principle

Structure composition

Vacuum Reduced Pressure Concentrator includes four parts: concentrator, condenser, steam and liquid separator, receiving liquid barrel, the concentrator is a jacket structure, and the condenser is tubular type. The equipment is suitable for the concentration of liquid in pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries, and can be used for the recovery of alcohol and simple reflux extraction. The device uses the modes of outer-heated natural cycle and vacuum negative pressure evaporation featuring swift evaporation with concentration proportion of 1:3; The liquid material concentrates without bubble under full seal state. The drug liquid after concentration by the device features non-contamination and thick drug taste and easy cleaning (it is just to open the up and down cover for cleaning). The device is easy to handle and it needs a little foundation area for installation. The heater and evaporator use stainless steel for thermal purpose. The polyurethane is used as the thermal material. The surface is treated with sand grinding and surface polishing, meeting with the GMP standard.
