Pasteurizing and cooling  production line
1. There are total 4 parts for the Pasteurizing and cooling production line, just meet the requirements of the sterilization technology :

(1) Medium temperature rising area : 50-60ºC

(2) pasteurization zone: 92-98ºC
(3)medium temperature cooling area: 50 to 60 ºC
(4) low temperature cooling area: 50-40ºC
 
2. The whole equipment is made of SUS304 stainless steel ,with the outer side of the stainless steel insulation layers (the heat preservation effect is best ,to avoid the loss of the heat ,and save energy ) , the framework is sold ,The sterilizing temperature and speed can be set according to the technical requirement. The equipment runs steady and low noise ,the stainless steel tape belt is strong.
 

3.The Pasteurization machine: total length of 12000 mm, mesh belt width is 1500 mm.

 

4.Pasteurization machine with stainless steel mesh belt, with frequency conversion motor, (0.2m -1 m ,speed adjustable) can ensure the sterilization of the product to be able to more smoothly operation in the middle of the pasteurization (hot water spray), make sterilized completely ,even no dead Angle.we designed the fences on the belts , can ensure cans or glasses and other packages ,not dump in the advancing process , side by side.

 

5. We designed the spray pipe in the Pasteurizing machine, the spray tube can three injection, to eliminate blind Angle, heat and sterilization can be ensured sterilization thoroughly.

6, the Pasteurizing machine , set up four stages of water temperature zone, the first paragraph is constant temperature area, can ensure the cans, glass or bottle heat up to 50 to 60 degrees, and the second paragraph is pasteurization zone, cans /bottles / glass temperature can reach 92-92 degrees, the third paragraph is still a glass/ bottle cooling area, and can be cooled to 50 to 60 degrees, and the fourth section is cooling zone, can be directly cooled to 40, until qualified products were produced .

7. in each area, in the process of heating and cooling, there are  a large stainless steel sink at the bottom of the equipment ,and also have sensors in it , can control the temperature to achieve the required temperature directly! And then equipped with a complete set of pumps, pipes, and can spray directly on the top, so that can effectively control the actual temperature of each sections .

Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container. All of these are carefully calculated. This way, the calculation is accurate. First, when loading, it can be easily loaded quickly and accurately according to the container arrangement diagram.
