Product introduction

MBC cooking mixer machine is produced by special material with stamping molding technology, with small roundness error, the agitator can match with the pot body accurately, this will avoid pasting during mixing and heating.Heated by Nature Gas , there are easy operation, no fume, no exploding characteristics.Using special slant rotating solution to help the agitator scrape the bowl completely, with the rotation rate of autorotation and revolution, so there is no mixing blind corner.Using frequency speed motor, the mixing rotation speed can be adjustable from zero to the highest speed, be beneficial to control the temperature accurately, operating steadily.


Sandwich pot is equipped with ** variable frequency speed mixer **, mixing speed can be adjusted according to different product processing technology:
- Low speed stirring: suitable for cooking high viscosity products
- Medium speed stirring: used to stir sauces to prevent sticking
- High speed mixing: rapid mixing of granular raw materials

a.) Design: All our machines are elaborately designed by our mechanical engineers who are rich of experience in this field. We accept special design according to customer's request.

b.) Processing & Assembling: Parts processing, assembly, testing are based on standard test.                                                                   
c.) Trial Run: Each machine has to be tested before its deliver

Packing:
It is possible to pack in wooden case or nude pack after wraping by plastic film.

Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.
