Fully Automatic Bubble Washer machine for Fruits/Vegetables and Fresh Produce  is developed according to the market demand, used for cleaning mushrooms, celery, spinach, cabbage stems leafy vegetables and apples, tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, cucumbers, strawberries and other fruits and vegetables, vegetables, pickles processing industry as well as factories and mines, units, hospitals, colleges and universities such as canteen ideal cleaning equipment. It can be used with vegetable (pickles) production line or single machine.

1.Vegetable air bubble cleaning machine is made of high quality 304 stainless steel, and the food grade materials are safe, reliable and non-polluting.

1. Potato Hoister -1 :
Function:Lift and transfer the potato raw material to cleaning and peeling machine. 

2. Brush Rooler Washing & Peeling machine for potatoes :
Function: Wash and Clean the surface impurities of the potatoes & peel potatoes.

3. Double Layers Sorting & Picking  Conveyor for potatoes :
Function: There are operation stations on both sides, 6 stations * 2 sides = 12stations, picking or repairing unqualified potatoes;

4.  Potato Cutting Machine  ( Fries :8*8mm 10*10mm or made to order ): 
Function: potato cutting, cutting size: 8*8 ,10*10mm or made to order. if requires different sizes, you need to order different sizes of the cutting machine .

5. Air Bubble washing  Machine (automatically separate starch) :
Function: wash the cutted well French fries and to remove the starch, separate the starch out of the equipment, and collect them.

6. French Fries Blanching Machine :
Function: Blanching and protecting the French fries color to improve product quality. The equipment has the functions of automatic temperature control, automatic setting of blanching time and temperature, and automatic lifting and other functions.

7. Fries Vibrating machine (remove impurities) :
Function: Vibrate and remove fries impurities, and separate the scrap or waste material generated during the cutting process to improve the yield.

8.  French Fries Picking /Sorting Conveyor :
Function: separate and pick unqualified edge materials by manual (3-5 workers).

9. French Fries Air cooling / drying Machine (De-Water line) :
Function: Air drying removes moisture from the surface of the French fries and prevents splashing during frying.

10. Turning Machine : 
Function: Since the length of the customer's production workshop cannot accommodate the entire French fry production line, a turning machine is needed to achieve the turning of the French fry during the conveying process to meet the conveying needs of the French fry.

11. Electric Heating Frying Line for french fries :
Function: Frying French fries, The equipment has the advantages of automatic heating, automatic temperature control, and the frying time and oil temperature can be setting freely, automatic filtration and automatic lifting. Contains a set of 2700L oil tank.

Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container. All of these are carefully calculated. This way, the calculation is accurate. First, when loading, it can be easily loaded quickly and accurately according to the container arrangement diagram. Then, it is designed in advance to make full use of every bit of space in the container to avoid space waste, which can save and control costs for our customers and friends;

Firstly, all the food machinery we have processed and manufactured will be first inspected by our professional technical inspectors. Professional technical inspection engineers conduct all-round inspections, from a small accessory, screws to welding conditions, welds, welding wires, welds, and the operation of the entire set of equipment. They are all tested by professional technical inspection engineers to ensure our commitment to customers of "quality first";

It is possible to pack in wooden case or nude pack after wraping by plastic film.

Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.
