Pasteurization machine of lemon juice is independently developed and produced by combining advanced sterilization technology at home and abroad. The equipment is made of food sanitary SUS 304 stainless steel. It is widely used for batch sterilization and cooling of various bottled products such as canned beverages and bottled pickles. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION :
1. Except motor, bearing and other standard parts, the equipment is all made of stainless steel sus304/2b material, fully meeting the requirements of export food hygiene.
2, the machine USES SUS304 stainless steel mesh belt, mesh belt strength, small scalability, not easy to deformation, easy maintenance and other characteristics, the whole machine running balance, low noise, greatly improve the efficiency of work.
3. The heating source of the machine is steam heating with automatic steam inlet device to minimize energy waste.

Before each batch of goods is delivery, we will make a comprehensive container arrangement in advance according to the order quantity and the size, volume and gross weight of each of our food machinery, that is, how many units of goods can be loaded in each container, and where each equipment is installed in the container. All of these are carefully calculated. This way, the calculation is accurate. First, when loading, it can be easily loaded quickly and accurately according to the container arrangement diagram. Then, it is designed in advance to make full use of every bit of space in the container to avoid space waste, which can save and control costs for our customers and friends;
Firstly, all the food machinery we have processed and manufactured will be first inspected by our professional technical inspectors.
