IQF is the abbreviation of Individual Quick Freezing. It is a food freezing technology that quickly freezes food individually to maintain its quality and nutritional content. During the IQF process, the food is quickly exposed to an extremely low temperature environment. The freezing process is very rapid and can reduce the temperature of the food to an extremely low temperature within a few minutes. 2.Zhucheng MBC  Potatoes / tomatoes /corn /carrot /cucumber /vegetable /Fruit /food  Washing machine

Purpose: cleaning and removing impurities.

(1) This product uses running water to wash fish or vegetables, fruits, etc., and washes away the dirt on the surface of the product. This product adopts advanced processes and technologies.
It is an improved and enhanced version on the original basis, which cleans and produces more;

(2) The entire machine body is made of food-grade high-quality stainless steel, which is safe, reliable and pollution-free.

(3) The conveying is smooth and the speed is adjustable. The material moves with the conveyor belt to avoid damage to the conveyed material. The noise is small, which is suitable for occasions where the working environment requires a relatively quiet environment.

(4) The structure is simple and easy to maintain. The energy consumption is small and the use cost is low. With water as the medium, a strong flow turbine fan is used to form bubbles and tumble, and the material is cleaned flexibly. A de-impurity device is also provided.


 3.Industrial  Automatic Food Mixing Cooking Sterilizing Processing Equipment And Production Line
The food sterilizing autoclaves and the top water storage and recycle tank are all ss304 material (China mark:06Cr19Ni10), with insulation.
 
The food sterilizing autoclave's inner diameter is 700-1300mm, inner length is 1200-4300mm. The water tank size is inner diameter 700-1200mm, and inner length 1200-4300mm.
 
1 sets of stainless steel trays, 1 set trolleys and 1 sets carts.  
 
Disposed: 2 thermometers, 1 set glass handcock, 1 silicone sealing ring. With 1 hot water motor pumps, 1 cooling water motor pumps, and all the water cycle pipes and valves.
 
Design pressure is 0.35Mpa, experiment pressure is 0.44Mpa, design temperature is 147 degrees.
 
SIEMENS PLC computer fully automatic control system :Procedures designed automatic warming up, automatic keep warming,automatic keep pressure, automatic pressure relief,  change the time of sterilizing at random,  and drain, exhaust and water cycle are controlled automatically, with one PLC controller, brand Siemens, with recorder(can record the charts of the pressure and the temperature immediately, can connect to the computer for printing the data). main parts adopt Japan, Denmark. America, Germany, French, Taiwan brands.(PLC touching screen, can edit hundreds of sterilizing procedures, and store hundreds of sterilizing data).
 
The autoclave designs with safety interlock alarm device(lock door, lock catch, digital alarm), have passed the identification by Provincial Technical Supervision.



4.ZHUCHENG MBC spray sterilization machine is generally used for low temperature preheating, high temperature sterilization, low temperature precooling, room temperature water cooling, air-drying , total five stages. This equipment is independently developed and produced by combining advanced sterilization technology at home and abroad. The equipment is made of food sanitary SUS 304 stainless steel. It is widely used for batch sterilization and cooling of various bottled products such as canned beverages and bottled pickles. New equipment for customers to reduce production costs, reduce labor and labor intensity, save production time and improve production efficiency.

APPLICATIONS :
Suitable for pasteurization of vegetables, dehydrated vegetables, pickled vegetables, sauces, beverages, dairy products, prepared foods and low-temperature meat products. Sterilization temperature and speed can be set according to process requirements.

a.) Design: All our machines are elaborately designed by our mechanical engineers who are rich of experience in this field. We accept special design according to customer's request.

b.) Processing & Assembling: Parts processing, assembly, testing are based on standard test.                                                                   
c.) Trial Run: Each machine has to be tested before its deliver

Packing:
It is possible to pack in wooden case or nude pack after wraping by plastic film.

Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.
