Electromagnetic heating cooking kettle adopts the principle of magnetic field induced eddy current heating, which uses current to generate magnetic field through the coil. When the magnetic force in the magnetic field passes through the bottom of the pot, numerous small eddy currents will be generated, making the pot itself generate high speed heat, and then heating the materials in the pot.

The whole production process of electromagnetic cooking kettle is controlled by Siemens PLC intelligent control and automatic Siemens touch screen man-machine interface. Set up the multi-stage cooking formula process, according to the properties of different materials can store the cooking temperature, cooking time, cooking speed,cooking power and other processes, prevent manual operation errors, greatly improve product quality, so that each kettle cooking product quality is stable. Therefore, the PLC touch screen parameters are very convenient to input, and can be stored in advance process parameters, change the material variety only need to adjust out the relevant process parameters.
