The function of sterilization retort machine and sterilization pot is for high temperature sterilization retort hidden food environment, can under the specified temperature, time and pressure to high temperature sterilization of food, it must have a good heat distribution, namely when the sterilization, any point within the container temperature and average temperature difference value should comply with the requirements. If the temperature at a certain point is lower than the average temperature, the point cannot reach the predetermined F value of sterilization, and the food near this point cannot meet the sterilization requirements. The uniformity of heat distribution is the most important technical index to measure the quality of sterilization boiler.
Sterilization water after preheating, sterilization temperature starting point is high, shorten the sterilization time, protect the product quality. After sterilization, the hot water is recycled to the upper tank, saving steam and sterilization time and protecting product quality. This requires the manufacturer to do well the following :
