Spot Supply Immersion Pasteurizer is independently developed and produced by combining advanced sterilization technology at home and abroad. The equipment is made of food sanitary SUS 304 stainless steel. It is widely used for batch sterilization and cooling of various bottled products such as canned beverages and bottled pickles. New equipment for customers to reduce production costs, reduce labor and labor intensity, save production time and improve production efficiency.

6. Sterilization temperature: 100 ºC
7. Sterilization time: 8-15 minutes, variable frequency speed control for conveying, sterilization time can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
8. Automatic temperature control-The temperature controller and the angle seat valve control are automatically controlled, and the temperature is set according to the actual situation.
9. Process flow completed by equipment: The overall equipment includes five stages: low temperature preheating, high temperature sterilization, low temperature precooling, room temperature water cooling, and air outlet drying.
APPLICATIONS :
Suitable for pasteurization of vegetables, dehydrated vegetables, pickled vegetables, sauces, beverages, dairy products, prepared foods and low-temperature meat products. Sterilization temperature and speed can be set according to process requirements.

Production:

Packing:
It is possible to pack in wooden case or nude pack after wraping by plastic film.
Delivery Time:
Some of our machinery are in stock at our warehouse, generally we need 3~5 days to change the plugs before the delivery. Regarding to the non-stock products, the lead time ~35 days depends on your requirement on the product.
Service & Installation:
a.) Consultation service before, during, and after sales;
b.) Project planning and design services;
c.) Debugging of equipment until everything is functional;
d.) Training of equipment maintenance and operating personally;
e.) Provide 1 year complete warranty and life-time maintenance service. and the fittings can be replaced to new using the old one.
f.)Installation and debugging : Seller arranges the engineer to user's factory to install, and help to train 3 operators .After ordering, our company issue drawings and prepared installation, send technicians to the buyer's company for the guide installation and testing on-site, about 3~5 days, the buyer bear the round trip tickets, food and accommodation, and living allowance of $100/day .
