Cleaning is the first process of ketchup processing, and the main equipment in this link is the cleaning machine. Through the multi-angle high-pressure nozzle, the cleaning machine flushes the tomato in all directions to ensure that the dirt on the surface of the tomato is completely removed. These cleaning equipment can not only effectively remove impurities on the surface of the tomato, but also ensure the integrity of the tomato, laying a good foundation for the subsequent processing process.
Tomato pulp has a high water content, so it needs to be concentrated to improve the concentration and quality of tomato paste. The concentrator uses the principle of vacuum evaporation to evaporate the water in the tomato pulp at a low temperature. These evaporators have the characteristics of high evaporation efficiency, large concentration ratio and low energy consumption, which can increase the concentration of tomato pulp to a predetermined value in a short time, while retaining the nutrient composition and natural flavor of tomatoes to the greatest extent.
