Working method: open the vacuum valve interface and material inlet, pump the material liquid into the tank, close the material inlet valve when the material liquid reaches a certain height, and then open the heating valve to heat the liquid. The liquid begins to boil under the action of material heating and vacuum. The temperature and vacuum are maintained during the boiling process. A large amount of liquid begins to evaporate. The material separator separates part of the material back to the evaporator for further evaporation. The gaseous gas will be liquefied into water through the condenser and converge into the collection tank. After the evaporation and concentration is completed, turn off the heating system and vacuum system to restore normal pressure, empty the material liquid and the condensed water in the collection tank.
1. The wall-scraping type rotating scraper is used to make the liquid in the concentrator stirring and turning constantly, so that the liquid is heated evenly, avoiding the phenomenon of scorching and carbonization of the liquid due to long-time local heating, and ensuring the quality of the liquid.
2. The spherical concentrator has a reasonable structure and a large evaporation separation space, which reduces the phenomenon of vapor-liquid entrainment and results in a high yield of the finished product.
